Niki specialises in supporting women, girls & non-binary folk who are navigating burnout, anxiety, stress, & mental health challenges.
Using therapeutic creative process to make sense of your experiences, to discover your own rhythm & flow and a way of being in the world where you're taking the lead in your life.

I'm a registered arts therapist (ANZACATA), and Mindset & Wellbeing Practitioner.
Private practice for me was only ever going to be the option & so I started Wildflower Therapies.
Why 'Wildflower'?
Because I believe Wildflowers are strong & resilient however they also need a safe place to rest, heal & feel like they belong so they can blossom into what they're meant to be...
...that place is Wildflower Therapies.
It's a place of self-expression, imagination & curiosity.
Wildflower Therapies offers a space for girls, women & non-binary folk to fel safe enough to share their stories & understand their patterned ways of being, where they feel heard, seen & accepted.
It's a space for individuals, including NDIS particiapants to explore life's challenges using creative interventions within a therapeutic relationship to promote mental and emotional growth & healing.

I'm a Mum to 2 beautiful souls, a partner, business owner, an international workshop facilitator, speaker, a creative, an ocean seeker, lover of a good coffee, day-dreamer & I love a good trashy reality show (please don't judge lol).
I have a BA Arts Psychotherapy + Post Grad Diploma in Therapeutic Arts Practice.
It all started with a certificate in Life Coaching which led me to discovering Art Therapy & since then I've gone on to complete a certificate in Healing Trauma with Guided Drawing.
I have a growing interest in ecotherapy, photo-art therapy & sound therapy.
As someone who has lived experience of depression, anxiety & overwhelm & the thing that gets me through everytime is strengthening the connection I have with myself. As a teenager through to this very day, I do it through creative self-expression. The only difference to then & now is I'm more self-aware of my needs & the power that creativity & our imagination holds.
I'm super passionate about shining a light on women's mental wellbeing especially in the entrepreneurial & online space where burnout is prevelant.
When we connect with who & how we want to be in the world around us, we ground ourselves in our own rhythm & flow.
When we unearth & connect to our own unique rhythm & flow, we see we're worthy of all that our heart desires.

Ditch burnout & overcome the cycles of trauma & anxiety to embrace a soul-aligend life of spaciouseness & ease.
I lean towards a holistic, person-centred, multi-modal approach using visual arts making, writing, photography, nature, music & movement within a therapeutic relationship to help you externalise thoughts & emotions that maybe difficult to articulate.
I lead from a place of curiosity & my hope is that our sessions guide you to develop sustainable tools to navigate life that feels deeply connected to yourself & the world around you, to discover the belief in yourself & embrace your worth.

For thousands of years across various cultures, people have used art for self-expression, communicating stories, & healing, which has evolved to the acknowledgment that art is an expression of a person's inner landscape.
Expressive arts therapy is an evidence-based therapeutic intervention that supports individuals with their mental, emotional & behavioural challenges & can be a great alternative to traditional talk therapy.
It uses visual art making, writing, photography, nature, movement & music to externalise our thoughts & emotions to tell our stories while unlocking parts of ourselves that words can’t articulate.

Everyone can benefit from expressive arts therapy!
No previous art experience or skills are required, instead we focus on the experience & embrace the process, rather than the final product or ‘artwork.
At Wildflower Therapies we use evidence-based holistic interventions & creates bespoke arts therapy programs for each individual.
Niki currently supports individuals who have experienced or are experiencing...
